Mom & Me Paint! with Splatter Charlotte

WHAT IS THIS?

It’s a creative session curated just for you and your girl! Join us for a splatter painting session where you are free to throw, drip, drizzle, pour, smear, and brush paint on a canvas to create a one of a kind work of art.

You’ll get a high quality 30in x 40in canvas, all the paint you will need, materials for throwing, and protective gear if you want to keep your clothes clean. Plus, Splatter Charlotte can use your personal phone to take videos and pictures of your work while you paint so that you have fun footage to remember the experience.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You should wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on. Acrylic paint won’t come out of fabric, and there is a high likelihood that you will get some splatter on your clothes. Fortunately, that makes your clothes way cooler. Makes you look like the artist that you really are.

Paint will wash right off your skin and hair, so no need to worry about becoming permanently turquoise.

Protective gear is available in the studio and includes gloves, shoe covers, and coveralls (coveralls are $20 extra/person).

IS THEIR AN AGE MINIMUM FOR MY GIRL?

Children must be at least 10 years old.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I PAINT WITH?

This session includes one canvas and paint for two people. If you want to add another daughter, it will be an additional $25 per additional girl. To add an additional canvas is $50.

IS THIS INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

All sessions are held 100% indoors.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PAINTING WHEN I AM DONE WITH IT? WON’T IT GET PAINT IN MY CAR?

Splatter Charlotte will hold on to your paintings and let them dry, then they will deliver them to your home address. You never have to get paint in your car!

They will deliver for free to any address located inside the 485 belt loop. Addresses that are outside of 485, but within 30 minutes of our studio will require an additional fee of $40 for delivery, which you can pay in the studio. Addresses that are more than 30 minutes from the studio will require pick up.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PAINTING TO DRY?

Most paintings dry within 2-3 days. Splatter Charlotte will deliver your paintings to you when it is fully dry, so you never have to put wet paint in the back of your car! For additional details on delivery, see the section above.
