We offer monthly workshops to moms in Charlotte because we believe everyone should have access to mental health resources.
There is power in meeting other women who share similar struggles and seasons of life. We’re proud to offer the ability to hear directly from mental health experts in the fields of sleep health, anxiety, disordered eating, body image, adolescent social development and more.
Some of our past workshops include:
Simple Sleep Strategies for Busy Moms & Kids withDr. Kristin Daley (September 2024)
Managing Stress Caused by Hustle Culture with Dr. Melissa Miller (October 2024)
Body Image & Body Confident Parenting with Dr. Emily Ciepcielinski (November 2024)

GOG curates quality (and fun!) experiences for you and your girls. Each month, Charlotte locals can join us for mother-daughter bonding activities that encourage you to try new things, reach beyond your comfort zones, and experience quality connection.
Some of our past Mother-Daughter events include:
Yoga with Claire Lukens (September 2024)
Bootcamp with Sedgefield Sweat (October 2024)
Self Defense Training with Lexi Arnold (November 2024)

We partner regularly with nonprofit organizations in the Charlotte area to volunteer our time, give back to the community, and create lasting connections in both mother-daughter and family-inclusive settings.
The GOG Community has come together to volunteer time at organizations like Baby Bundles and Families Forward Charlotte. We also organize donation drives for communities in need, like our WNC neighbors impacted by Hurricane Helene.

It is a privilege to partner with local professionals and organizations throughout the Charlotte area.
Through our GOG Affiliate program, we’re ensuring our girls and the women who raise them have access to resources that support their mental and physical health. Contact us if you’d like to learn more about becoming a GOG Affiliate.
