Join us for a special 90-minute workshop designed to strengthen the bond between mothers and daughters (ages 10+) through yoga, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation.
Workshop Flow:
Opening Yoga (Together): A grounding yoga session to build connection through movement and breath.
Breakout Sessions (Separate): Moms will engage in a therapist-led discussion on effective communication and deepening their relationship with their daughters, while the girls explore self-expression and mindfulness tools with our yoga instructor.
Closing Yoga & Reflection (Together): A gentle practice to share gratitude and leave feeling more connected.
This experience will provide practical tools to foster open communication, trust, and emotional balance in your relationship.
