Growing Our Girls (GOG) is a brand created by a motivated mom of two young girls, inspired to raise her daughters with intention.  By partnering with today’s experts, we’re here for families who are committed to empowering their daughters to navigate girlhood with confidence and kindness.  Equally as important, we’re a resource for families of boys who want to ensure they’re raising respectful young men who understand and value gender equality.

We know how overwhelming it can be to raise a girl in this day and age.  There are SO many new factors that add to the ‘yuck’ of growing up girl that none of us had to worry about when we were their age (hello social media, smart phones, and who knows what else?!).  Allow us to alleviate the burden of having to figure it all out on your own and make GOG your go-to resource for staying informed and supported by a community of families experiencing many of the same struggles and experiences.

While we use the next few weeks to finish building out our website, follow us on social media for the latest in girl empowerment, relatable stories from parents, and opportunities to connect with and support each other virtually!

In the meantime, we’ll be hard at work partnering with our contributors to bring you relevant articles, design in-person workshops for you and your girls, and create opportunities to participate in events and focus groups with members of the GOG community.  We’re currently based out of Charlotte, NC, but contact us if you’re interested in partnering on an event or workshop in another area!

Thanks for stopping by – we hope you’ll bookmark us and visit again soon!
